Invitation Policies & Terms and Conditions of brains at work Ltd
The terms and conditions ("Terms and Conditions") binds all subscribers ("Subscribers") and invitees ("Invitees") of brains at work Ltd ("brains at work Ltd") once the online subscription form has been duly completed & submitted via the website www.brains-atwork.com. Subscribers of brains at work Ltd agree and totally accept the Terms and Conditions set forth and any amendments to be made from time to time.
The following references are used in this document:
“Invitation/s” refers to a single or multiple invitations provided by brains at work to the “Subscriber”.
“Subscriber” refers to all individuals who have duly completed & submitted an online subscription form via the website www.brains-atwork.com.
“Subscription/s” refers to a single and or multiple access rights given to an individual or individuals who has/have duly completed & submitted an online subscription form via the website www.brains-atwork.com.
Criteria for Subscription and Invitation
All Subscribers must be at least 21 years of age.
All applications for Invitations & Subscriptions shall be subject to the approval of brains at work Ltd and all approvals are at the absolute discretion of brains at work Ltd, without giving any reason therefore.
Subscribers & Invitees shall upon request prove their eligibility to receive Invitations to brains at work Ltd's satisfaction and produce such documentary proof and other details as may be required to be eligible for the Invitations as brains at work Ltd shall deem fit.
The Invitation remains the property of brains at work Ltd at all times and brains at work Ltd reserves the right to revoke the Invitation/s and/or terminate the Invitations & Subscriptions of the Invitee/ Subscriber at any time without giving any justification. Invitees may be required to return the Invitation/s to brains at work Ltd upon request.
All Invitations & Subscriptions of brains at work Ltd are non-transferable.
The invitation is non-transferable and may only be used by the Invitee to whom the Invitation has been issued. If the Invitation is lost or stolen, it should be reported immediately to brains at work Ltd on firstname.lastname@example.org.
Facilities and Services
brains at work Ltd acknowledges that upon its approval for Invitation, Invitees will be eligible to receive and enjoy the facilities and services provided by brains at work Ltd, subject to brains at work Ltd's Invitation and any specific terms and conditions imposed by brains at work Ltd for provision of such facilities and services. Invitations to Subscribers shall be at the absolute discretion of brains at work Ltd. brains at work Ltd shall have the right at any time at its absolute discretion without giving any reason to terminate or suspend the operation and/or provision of any facility or service.
brains at work Ltd shall have the right to provide facilities and services to varied Subscribers subject to varied terms and conditions at its absolute discretion.
In case of any facilities and/or services provided by third party providers/suppliers, the use and enjoyment of such facilities and/or services shall be subject to terms and conditions laid down by such providers/suppliers.
brains at work Ltd shall not be responsible for the refusal of any persons including any merchants or stores or events or shows or providers of such facilities and/or services to honour the invitation nor shall it be responsible in any way for the goods and/or services supplied by them to any Invitee/Subscriber.
No Invitees or Subscribers shall make use of brains at work Ltd or the facilities, services, information or documents provided by brains at work Ltd for any commercial, immoral, illegal or other purposes.
Alternation of Terms and Conditions
brains at work Ltd reserves the right and has the absolute discretion to alter the Terms and Conditions from time to time and may notify the Subscribers of any alterations made via appropiate channels.
All Subscribers will be bound by any such alterations unless he or she informs brains at work Ltd via an email to email@example.com.
brains at work Ltd's Liability and Responsibilities
brains at work Ltd, the directors, the shareholders or the management of brains at work Ltd shall have no responsibility or liability whatsoever to the Subscriber/Invitee for any act, omission or default howsoever caused or arisen which results or may result directly or indirectly in any loss, damage or injury whatsoever, to the member any other person due to the Subscription/Invitation.
Any Subscriber who wishes to Unsubscribe from his/her Invitations & Subscriptions shall give brains at work Ltd at least seven working days advance notice in writing to that effect to firstname.lastname@example.org.
In case of the Subscriber being in possession of any future dated Invitation, beyond the unsubscribe date, the Subscriber will be liable to return the Invitation to brains at work Ltd. The Invitation will continue to remain the property of brains at work Ltd and must be returned to a duly appointed and/or authorized, officer, management or staff of brains at work Ltd.
Expulsion of Subscribers
brains at work Ltd reserves the right to expel any Subscriber from the Invitation/s & Subscription/s, if it considers that the Subscriber has behaved in any manner that is injurious to brains at work Ltd or contrary to the interests of brains at work Ltd or has committed any breach of the Terms and Conditions. The decision made by brains at work Ltd shall be final and conclusive.
Any Subscriber who has been expelled from brains at work Ltd shall cease to have any right, benefit or privilege of the Invitations & Subscriptions and shall no longer have any right to receive and enjoy the facilities and services provided by brains at work Ltd.
Termination of Operation of brains at work Ltd
brains at work Ltd Limited shall have the right at any time at its absolute discretion without assigning any reason whatsoever to terminate the operation of brains at work Ltd. Upon the termination of the operation of brains at work Ltd, all rights and privileges shall cease and no claim or demand of whatsoever nature and howsoever arising shall be made or capable of being made by Subscribers against brains at work Ltd, the directors, the shareholders or the management of brains at work Ltd in connection with the termination of the operation of brains at work Ltd.
Personal Data ("Data")
Each applicant for Invitation/s & Subscription/s is required to supply all the personal data and other information requested in the subscription form herein in order to enable brains at work Ltd to consider his/her application. Failure to do so may result in brains at work Ltd being unable to process the application.
Any copies of required documents provided by the subscriber for the purpose of invitation verification shall be destroyed by brains at work Ltd. or kept in confidential record meeting any requirements to make disclosure under any applicable law.
The supply of Data by an applicant for Invitation/s & Subscription/s of brains at work Ltd, or by a Subscriber is entirely voluntary. While such Data is made available to brains at work Ltd will be treated as confidential, the applicant or Subscriber agrees that such Data may be used for any and all of the following purposes:
*processing application for Invitation/s & Subscription/s;
*assessment and/or verification of information supplied to brains at work Ltd;
*conducting researches and/or analysis from time to time for any purpose of brains at work Ltd;
*providing privileges, benefits and other advantages to the Subscriber/s;
*designing, providing and marketing to Subscriber/s or customers general newsletters, updates, facilities, services and/or products of brains at work Ltd, any member of the Group or any Relevant Person;
*newsletter updates & direct marketing of facilities, services and/or products offered by brains at work Ltd, until a written request is received from the relevant subscriber to stop using his/her Data for direct marketing purposes;
*facilitating communications between Subscriber/s and brains at work Ltd and encouraging feedback from Subscriber/s on their needs and expectations of facilities, services and/or products of brains at work Ltd.
*meeting any requirements to make disclosure under any applicable law;
*any other purpose which an subscriber may from time to time agree;
*other purposes relating to any of the above.
brains at work Ltd will keep the Data and information relating to applicants and Subscriber/s confidential but brains at work Ltd may disclose, transfer and/or exchange any such Data and information to or with any and all of the following persons or entities:
*any agent, contractor or third party service provider in connection with their respective operations or provision of facilities, services and/or products to brains at work Ltd,
Each Member has the right to request access to and correction of any of his/her personal data established to be inaccurate. brains at work Ltd has the right to charge a reasonable fee for the processing of any data access request. brains at work Ltd will comply with any such request unless it may or is required to refuse to do so under the applicable laws and regulations.
These terms and conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with English law and any disputes relating to these terms and conditions will be subject to the [non-]exclusive jurisdiction of the United Kingdom court.
