Our client the world’s leading heating, air-conditioning and refrigeration innovator wanted to organize an eye catching event where specialists and building professionals attended an event where the latest water-cooled chillers portfolio would be unveiled.


The primary objectives that the brains at work team was required to deliver were:

  • To create visually spectacular, interactive and highly innovative exhibition stands

  • To launch the latest addition of the water-cooled chillers portfolio.

  • To capture the attention of over 300 building professionals attending the event.

  • To communicate or client’s brand values and commitment to high quality service.

Critical Factors

The scope of work for the project included conceptualization, designing, management printing, production, delivery, construction and installation of  Exhibit Stands,  stage backdrop with all related collateral and branding items.

The challenge that faced the brains at work team was a very short lead time for the entire project details to be researched, analysed, defined, creatively designed, drafted and implemented.

Additionally, maintaining the high standards of our clients corporate stewardship and commitment values, as well as finding the perfect venue for the conference.


After a period of detailed discussions, brains at work designed and constructed custom built exhibit stands with high impact graphic designs featuring our clients latest water-cooled chillers, it’s largest single-piece chiller employing non-ozone depleting refrigerant, and a new generation of water-cooled liquid chillers offering flexible, energy-efficient solutions for commercial building owners in high ambient conditions.

Sophisticated environmental designs were created incorporating the company’s signature colours, communicating our client’s environmental stewardship commitment and core values.

Meeting rooms, branding and stage set-up were also organized for a series of engineering workshops during the event, focusing on the application of new products and technologies to achieve the Middle East region’s goal of sustainable development.


The client was very happy and extremely satisfied with the creativity, conceptualization, designing, attention to detail, production, delivery, unstinting support and overall management and services of brains at work.

The launch was successful and all objectives that they had set out to achieve were met and exceeded.
